We re-architected a multilingual AI assistant to handle thousands of daily conversations with sub-second responses and full observability.

We began with a focused discovery sprint to map the goals, users and constraints, then designed the architecture and interface together as one system. Delivery happened in tight, reviewed iterations — every change tested and shipped behind feature flags.

After launch we stayed on to monitor, tune and extend the platform, so the results held up under real-world load and kept improving over time.
